Sensible Cloud NA brings “sense” to cloud and virtual computing to the US and Canada.
The North American operation has been established to assist and augment the efforts of IT organizations to proactively manage the infrastructure resource demands of their business. Similar to the proliferation of the virtual and cloud platforms in information technology across the continent, Sensible Cloud will provide “sense” to any organization that needs to sustain the constant balance between satisfying demand while managing cost. The innate structure of “sense” is to be vigilant of the instant changes in resource demand requested from any aspect of the business, then respond with more resource availability or simply ramp down if less is needed, while providing consistent and satisfying delivery of services to the end user – the customer. This “sense” ability is delivered through the design of business aligned service level agreements that reside inside and/or outside the cloud/virtual environment.
Sensible Cloud – North America is headquartered in the Northeast US and can be reached at 646.450.8070. The North American operation is led by Jim Frasco, VP of Business Development – jim.frasco@sensiblecloud.com. Jim has over 20 years of sales and business development experience with software, technology and service organizations, and is experienced with the construction of meaningful SLAs that directly align with the needs of the business. Sensible Cloud, NA will ensure that virtual, cloud and infrastructure resources in the enterprise and at service providers are able to provide a consistent level of service while providing resources as needed, which will save money, while ensuring the business can make money. It makes “sense”.
Michele has fulfilled multiple CxO roles in his IT career beginning in 1990 – these includes senior roles in software development, human resources development, project management and strategic planning. As a serial entrepreneur, he has co-founded 5 local software development companies, including mondora.com, he now holds the role of President and VP R&D in Sensible Cloud.
Francesco is the CTO of Sensible Cloud where he is the lead architect for sense. For the last 3 years he has been working in the cloud environment, bringing the SOA paradigm to the cloud; his research continues in that direction.
Francesco also works with mondora.com as mentor and trainer of Agile software development practices and innovator in distributed computing. Francesco has established two previous software companies with buy-out exits to a bank and to a larger SI. Prior to joining Sensible Cloud, Francesco taught for Sun Microsystems and Oracle in the distributed computing field. He is also a regular speaker and presenter, with numerous presentations about distributed computing and Agile Software development.
Francesco’s role will continue this thread of innovation and he will be our prime technology spokesmen on the world scene.
